Meet Kristiana
I am a certified holistic health coach & the face behind Kriska Healing.
My journey into healing and mindfulness began in 2021 after experiencing burnout from the corporate world. The first signs of burnout appeared a year before the "final crash"—I was easily triggered, constantly nervous, and anxiety had become a part of my daily life. At the time, I didn’t even realise I was heading towards a full burnout. I ignored the signs and continued living at the same pace I I had grown accustomed to.
However, by early 2021, I felt myself sinking deeper into despair, and physical symptoms started to manifest. I suffered from sleep disorders, lost my appetite, and found myself crying daily. I was utterly exhausted. One night, after struggling to sleep, my heart began pounding loudly, and I realised I was having a panic attack. The next morning, after only a few hours of sleep, I woke up in tears. That was the moment I understood I could no longer live the way I had been. That very morning, I handed in my resignation letter.
After leaving my job, I decided to take time off for myself—something I had never done before. I had a choice: dive deep within myself or continue living the way I always had. Knowing the old way was no longer sustainable,
I chose to embark on a journey of self-healing, mindfulness, and reconnecting with myself.
I became deeply interested in living more mindfully and wanted to change the direction of my life, focusing on holistic health and well-being. With my existing passion for cooking healthy foods, nourishing my body and soul through food became a crucial part of my day. The idea of becoming a health coach began to resonate more and more with me. In 2023, I graduated from the Academy of Healing Nutrition (UK), accredited by the AADP, IPHM, and IGCT, fulfilling my dream of becoming a holistic health coach.
Throughout my healing journey from burnout, I realised that, in addition to working on myself on a deeper level, I needed to support my body with the right movement and nourishing foods. The programme I have created is designed for the version of myself that was on the path to healing from burnout. My hope is that it can help you too.
My goal is to show you a world where food can be used as medicine and where you can rediscover your inner light. Let’s create magic together!
