  • Each week, we will spend 1-2 hours together in a 1:1 Zoom session. These sessions are designed to:

    • Introduce food & mindfulness practices to enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being.

    • Help you develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  • Learning about healing foods & cooking are a fundamental aspect of this programme, aimed at nourishing your body and delighting your taste buds. You will receive:

    • Three curated collections of delicious and nutritious recipes, tailored to support your health goals.

    • Guidance on meal planning and preparation.

    • Opportunities to try out new recipes and expand your culinary skills.

    • Tips for making mindful eating choices and understanding the energies of different foods.

  • You will learn how different foods and herbs can affect your body and how balanced body is connected to balanced mind. We will also cover the cleansing breath work technique with the tips of supportive every day routines to:

    • Reduce stress and increase relaxation.

    • Improve focus and productivity.

    • Cultivate a deeper connection between your body and mind.

    • Promote overall well-being.

  • To ensure you smoothly integrate your new knowledge and habits into everyday life, you will have access to:

    • Unlimited support via WhatsApp or email from Monday to Thursday.

What you will learn

Week 1

Introduction to the programme where we identify your goals for the next 6 weeks. The aim of this session is to get to know each other. I will learn about your background, including your medical history, diet, and lifestyle, so I can provide you with the best recommendations.

You will also learn about "energy thieves." Together, we will identify your personal energy thieves and develop a plan to minimise their impact on your daily life.

Week 2

We will explore the topic of burnout through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I will provide you with a foundational understanding of how TCM views burnout—not merely as a physical condition but as an imbalance in the body's energies.

You will learn about nourishing foods that support your healing journey and help strengthen your energy. To help you start incorporating these foods into your menu, you will receive your first collection of recipes, carefully designed to include these healing ingredients in your meals.

Week 3

Learning about herbs and adaptogens that can support your healing from burnout. I will provide detailed insights into each herb and adaptogen, empowering you to confidently use them to meet your unique needs.

At the end of the session, you will receive the second collection of recipes, specifically designed to incorporate these herbs and adaptogens. Because this programme is such a personal journey for each of you, I will ensure the recipes include the herbs and adaptogens that resonate with you the most.

Week 4

This session is focuses on mindfulness. We will discuss healthy habits that enhance focus, reduce stress, and help you relax more deeply. Together, we will review your daily routines to identify opportunities for promoting overall well-being.

Our goal is to cultivate a deeper connection between your body and mind. To conclude, we will finish the session with a cleansing breath work exercise that I will guide you through, allowing us to practice together and end on a note of relaxation and renewal.

Week 5

This week is all about a comprehensive check-in: we will review how you have implemented the changes so far, identify key areas where you may need additional support, and address any questions you might have.

You will also receive the third—and final—collection of recipes to add variety to your menu. This collection is thoughtfully designed based on everything you have learned so far.

Please note that the recipe collections are intentionally spread out over the weeks to align with each week's theme. This approach ensures you’re not overwhelmed with too much information at once.

Week 6

Final assessment week. In this session, we will focus on wrapping up your learnings, gathering your feedback, and discussing strategies for moving forward.

You also have the option to extend the programme to 8 weeks if you feel like you need additional support on this beautiful healing journey.
